Annual Student Membership & Insurance

The Foundation of Your Journey

To ensure a safe, professional, and structured environment for all practitioners, an active Annual Membership is a mandatory requirement for all students of Wing Chun Kung Fu Schools. This membership is more than just a registration; it is your official license to train and an investment in your long-term progress.

What Your Membership Includes:

• Member-to-Member Insurance: Your safety is our priority. Membership provides comprehensive Public Liability and Personal Accident insurance cover if you injure your training partner, which is essential for all aspects of training, including partner drills, sparring, and equipment use.

• Organisation Recognition: You become a registered member of the broader Wing Chun Kung Fu Schools network, granting you the right to attend inter-school seminars, special workshops, and regional grading events.

• Access to the Syllabus: Only active members are eligible for gradings and promotions in our classrooms. Your membership ensures your progress is officially recognized and certified within the lineage of the school.

Membership Details

• Validity: 12 months from the date of activation.

• Eligibility: Mandatory for all students (Little Dragons, Junior Warriors, and Adults) after their initial trial period.

• Renewal: Membership must be renewed annually to maintain insurance coverage and grading eligibility. We recommend renewing 14 days before expiry to ensure uninterrupted training.

Next Steps for New Students

If you have completed your introductory session and are ready to commit to your training:

1. Request a Membership Form from your Sifu or School Manager.

2. Submit your payment (Annual fees typically £49.00).
