Our Wing Chun Kung Fu Schools Adult grade 1 online course.
With this course you will take the information that you have learnt in the Adult Introductory lesson and move this into the next step of grade 1, Learn the exact material that our class students work through in our Wing Chun Kung Fu Schools classrooms and get yourself ready to learn Grade 2
This course is great to give you a head start in what you will work through for your ongoing classes removing the unknown and giving you a head start as well as a great way to train at home, and gives you the fundamental basics of Wing Chun that Phase one needs to give you before you even walk through the door of the classroom.
The course is a precursor to our Adult grade 2 course and will hold you in good stead to get started and train at home on your own or with your friends.
