Sifu Level Instructor Development Programme

The Sifu Level Programme is a structured, long-term instructor development pathway designed to train, refine, and elevate Wing Chun practitioners into highly skilled, knowledgeable and capable instructors.

Spanning five progressive levels for both Adults and Children’s instruction, this 15-year journey develops not only technical excellence, but also teaching ability, leadership qualities, character, and deep understanding of Wing Chun Kung Fu as a complete martial art.
